From sump pumps to grinder pumps and dehumidifiers, we keep the plumbing and moisture-control systems in your home working properly. Whether that is installing something new or replacing equipment that has had its day, the goal is the same: a house that stays safe and dry.

If your basement or crawlspace takes on water, the pump is the entire defense. It is worth knowing yours works before the night you need it.

Signs you need this

  • A sump pump that runs constantly, or not at all Both point at a pump nearing the end, and it will fail during the storm rather than on a dry Tuesday.
  • Standing water in the crawlspace Beyond the structural risk, it drives humidity through the whole house.
  • A musty smell you cannot place Very often it is coming up from below the floor.
  • A basement bathroom you cannot install An up-flush system is usually the answer.

What the job covers

  • Sump pump installation Submersible and pedestal pumps to protect a basement or crawlspace from flooding.
  • Sewage pump replacement High-efficiency models for effective wastewater management.
  • Grinder pumps For homes with basements or areas below the main sewer line.
  • Environmental One (E/One) pumps Efficient waste handling on challenging terrain and rural properties where gravity-fed systems will not work.
  • Up-flush systems Making a bathroom possible below the main drain line.
  • Dehumidifier installation Humidity control in a crawlspace or basement, reducing mold risk and improving air quality.
  • Condensate pumps Managing water from HVAC systems and dehumidifiers.

Pumps & Specialty Systems — common questions

How long does a sump pump last?

Broadly seven to ten years. If yours is older than that and you have not tested it, test it before the next heavy rain.

Should I have a battery backup?

If a wet basement would cause real damage, yes — the storm that floods you is also the storm that takes your power out.

What is an E/One pump?

A grinder pump system common on rural properties where the sewer connection cannot be gravity fed. We install and replace them.

Can I put a bathroom in my basement?

Usually yes, with an up-flush system that pumps waste upward to the main line.
