How it works

Sign up below and we will call to confirm your details and book your first visit. Twice a year a technician comes out and goes through the whole house: every fixture and faucet checked for leaks, the crawlspace looked over, water pressure and quality tested, and the water heater flushed and serviced.

Between visits you are at the front of the line. If something breaks, the service fee is waived, the estimate is free, and the work is 5% off.

Who it is for

Anyone who would rather catch a slow leak in April than find it in the ceiling in December. It is especially worth it on older homes, homes on a well, and anyone with a tank water heater past its tenth birthday.

Without the plan, a service call is $60 residential / $90 commercial. Cancel anytime. The waived service fee alone covers most of the membership.
